Body-oriented therapy
Body therapy is an effective treatment method for psychosomatic complaints, trauma and symptoms such as tension, pain or stress. It uses integrated techniques from various disciplines.
By applying soft or more intense myofascial tissue techniques and tension regulating movements, tense zones and blockages in the body are released. This gives the client the opportunity to get to know and experience his body better.
Long-term stress or pain often leads to incorrect and tense use of the body, which can eventually lead to a disturbed connection with body awareness. In a body-oriented therapy session, deep tissue work and experience exercises are combined, so that the patient learns to experience and understand his body from within again.
This unique approach also makes body therapy very valuable in combination with other therapies, such as psychotherapy, osteopathy or physiotherapy.
